This is a very hands on role that reports directly into the Managing Director where you will be responsible for providing high-quality, timely and relevant financial and management reporting. The key focus of the role is to provide a wide range of financial management advice and assistance to management in decision making functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of statutory financial and group reporting, financial policy and procedure development, balance sheet management and cash flow management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities include:

Preparation of monthly financial reports in a timely manner

Development of the accounting systems to continually improve reporting and analysis.

Leading the accounting team to strive for continuous improvements in policy and procedures

Effectively manage and streamline internal and external communications with key business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified CA/CPA with proven technical accounting ability. It is also expected that the successful candidate will have a very strong systems background focussed on continual development and analysis. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential as you will be tasked with dealing with a wide variety of key stakeholder both externally and across the business.
