My client is a leading trustee company who are looking to appoint an experienced people leader to manage a broad range of trustee services.
 
 
The role:
  • Provide the team with support and guidance in all areas of trust administration.
  • Manage daily operations of the team
  • Develop and coach staff to build competency and skill levels
  • Monitor processes and systems and identify, advise and implement improvements.
 
 
Your understanding of estate management and proven successful leadership experience is a given. The successful candidate will need to exercise strong communication and be able to operate under pressure in a changing environment. Along with your process improvement capability you will be a strong relationship builder both internally and externally.
 
This position is full of variety and challenge and we seek candidates with first class leadership and client services skills.
