My client is a leading trustee company who are looking to appoint an experienced people leader to manage a broad range of trustee services.
The role:
- Provide the team with support and guidance in all areas of trust administration.
- Manage daily operations of the team
- Develop and coach staff to build competency and skill levels
- Monitor processes and systems and identify, advise and implement improvements.
Your understanding of estate management and proven successful leadership experience is a given. The successful candidate will need to exercise strong communication and be able to operate under pressure in a changing environment. Along with your process improvement capability you will be a strong relationship builder both internally and externally.
