Providing M&A, Corporate Finance, ECM and strategic advice to a range of clients will all play part of what you can expect in the position. As the Associate or Associate Director you will be leading projects and coordinating junior staff. Whilst the Analyst pool is primarily responsible for much of the heavy lifting you will be expected to handle and review financial modelling and valuation.
What is required of you? You will already sit within a corporate finance team domestically or offshore. Alternatively, this could entail a global IB, boutique, CA or comparable.
