The Role
- Identifying new business opportunities from existing and potential clients
- Sales and business development
- Managing a large and complex agri portfolio
About You
- Track record of success as an agri / rural banker
- Positive, motivated and energetic with strong business development skills
- Sound understanding of credit
- The ability to influence, negotiate and deal effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
- Network of contacts in the Bay of Plenty area
- Outstanding customer service ethic and relationship management skills.
We would also consider a strong commercial banker who may have had exposure to the agri sector who would like to transition into an agri relationship management position. A remuneration package will be structured to attract applicants of the highest calibre.
