Based in Auckland and reporting directly to the CEO, this is an important role for this Investment Manager.
 
Aspects to consider:
 
  • A demonstrated track record and understanding of the technical requirements for residential and commercial property lending.
  • Well networked in Auckland with intermediaries (accountants, lawyers, commercial property companies etc) with the ability to ‘ask for business’.
  • Must have strong hunting/business development experience.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and initially unsupported. There may be the possibility of dedicated administrative assistance in future as company’s Auckland presence expands. In the interim, the role will be supported remotely.
  • Working collaboratively with a fellow Property Finance Manager who operates from the city office and from home.
  • Flexibility is key. The incoming Property Finance Manager will need to ‘hit the ground running’.
